Independent writer and music maker Chris T-T has been one of the UK’s most consistently acclaimed artists for 15 years without ever bothering the charts, nor compromising his radical, psychedelic songs.
Active since the late 1990s, Chris has released nine solo albums and since 2007 been signed to Xtra Mile Recordings (Against Me!, Frank Turner, To Kill A King).
He has been Artist-In-Residence (Popular Music) at Leeds Beckett University; delivered a TEDx talk on the generation gap; taken a one-man show of A.A. Milne poems to Edinburgh Fringe and spent six months in 2013 as Writer-In-Residence at Brighton's iconic Royal Pavilion & Museums. He has also composed music on commission for the World Health Organisation, Natural History Museum and Halloween Society.
Chris has spoken at Boring Conference, Great Escape Convention, Brighton Digital Festival and others, as well as writing for New Public Thinkers, Huffington Post, The Morning Star, Dark Mountain, NME.com, Louder Than War and others.
He hosts weekly late night folk music radio show Chris T-T’s Midnight Campfire on Brighton’s Juice 107.2 (Sussex, UK) – archived to stream worldwide via totallyradio.com.
